Join us as IT Infrastructure Support Engineer and you will provide high level quality support in all applicable IT Infrastructure services delivered to IS users across all sites of ABB Australia. This is a junior role suitable for candidates who would like to grow their career in Infrastructure service support management. ABB is a global organization and has a hybrid model for Infrastructure services. This role reports to the Infrastructure Manager and will be based at Moorebank, Australia. Your responsibilities Providing Microsoft Office 365 application support (Office, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint etc) Providing MS Teams Telephony and Mobile phone support and management and IT setup support for new and existing sites Monitoring, analyzing and ensuring all applicable vulnerability tickets are patched in a timely manner and ensure KPIs are achieved each quarter. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and service providers as required (Network, Server Management, End User Services) Ensuring all Infrastructure related documents and diagrams are kept up to date Managing project coordination, documentation, and communication for any Infrastructure related projects Participating in any local or global Infrastructure related projects as required Your background Diploma or Degree in Information Systems CCNA accreditation or nearing completion Good understanding of network environment and good understanding of server management and hosting environment At least 6 months experience with network environment and with server management, vulnerability analysis and patching Good knowledge and expertise in Microsoft O365 applications and knowledge of latest technology with respect to user experience (UX) Team player with good communication skills (verbal and written) and a can do attitude Honest, trustworthy and operates with a high degree of integrity More about us Our Process Automation business offers a range of solutions for process and hybrid industries, including our industry-specific integrated automation, electrification and digital solutions, control technologies, software, and advanced services, as well as measurement & analytics, marine and turbocharging offerings.
