As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our platform is of the highest quality, delivering a seamless user experience to our clients. You will be working closely with the development team to drive the continuous improvement of our software. This position requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and expertise in QA testing. Collaborate with the development team to determine quality standards and expectations. Design, develop and execute automated and manual tests to ensure the highest level of quality. Ensure that test cases are properly documented and maintained. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services. Proactively identify issues and potential risks in the software development process. Continuously monitor and maintain the quality of our platform. Provide reports on the quality metrics of our product. Requirements 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance testing. Fluent in Mandarin and English. Knowledge of SDLC processes and best practices. Knowledge of automated testing tools and methodologies. Experience working with JIRA and Confluence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
