About the Team Uber Advertising's vision is to offer the most marketplace-centric advertising to connect Uber's platform users (eaters, riders, and earners) with advertisers. Uber Advertising's platform brings together location based and shopping data with closed loop attribution across its mobility and delivery channels for performance and brand campaigns, enabling advertisers to engage with our consumers through the entire marketing funnel - from awareness through purchase to loyalty and advocacy for Uber users. About the Role The sales learning and development manager provides Uber's advertising sales team with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive client growth and revenue attainment. Partnering with the advertising sales and operations teams, the sales learning and development manager will develop and execute impactful, data-driven learning initiatives. This role is responsible for the success of sales learning and sales enablement initiatives throughout APAC. You can expect to spend your time designing and delivering content (50%), facilitating training sessions (25%), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a high level of business impact (25%). Joining a startup team, you will be a founding member responsible for launching and iterating learning programs and strategies. Your impact in role: Analyse, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training content for Uber's advertising business Partner with sales, marketing, and operations leads to develop, execute, optimize and assess learning and development program Build a trusted relationship withs sales leaders, sellers, account managers, marketers, and operations team members Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team The experience you'll bring: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience Proven record of driving business performance and revenue attainment through learning and development programs 4 years experience in a high-performance organization in sales, enablement, learning and development, or education Subject matter expertise in digital marketing and online advertising What's in it for you?
