The HSEQ Team Coordinator is a pivotal role supporting the team in our mission of delivering quality advice, consultation, and delivery on our projects. By protecting and improving the safety, health, and wellbeing of our people and those we interact with, we are able to shape a better world. You will have a passion for digital and creative design, coordinating initiatives and campaigns, and aligning our shared purpose across Geographies via communication and support solutions to our team and internal clients. Through influence and delivery, you will ensure the values of being a humane organisation, with reasonable prosperity and striving for quality in what we do and never being satisfied with second-rate are brought to life. What will I do? Update of documentation and intranet content, including policies, procedures, plans, templates, flow charts and, where needed, apply design and digital solution of these using your innovative thinking, utilising SharePoint and MS Office programs, including associated document control. Deliver the design, development and maintenance of the HSEQ SharePoint (intranet) pages through liaising with relevant stakeholders, ensuring user experience is considered. Coordination of regional programs and networks, including HSEQ campaigns – coordination and design of collateral for communication, awareness, and initiatives – in liaison with Global and Regional objectives and supporting implementation, PPE program, training, audit planning (internal and external), and other arising projects. First point of contact, assessment and triage of requests, providing response using your knowledge and resources and linking up appropriate team members as required. General administrative support including, coordination and reporting of meetings, travel bookings, diary management What will I bring? Recognised training and qualifications in administration will be highly regarded and/or demonstrated experience in similar role. Advanced/extremely high level proficiency in SharePoint, PowerPoint design, MS Office suite and competency using software solutions. 5 years of administration and coordination support role experience. Previous experience working in a HSEQ function or high desire / passion for HSEQ highly regarded. Effective written and oral communication skills and great at developing and maintaining diverse stakeholder relationships. Ability to thrive and deliver in an agile environment and able to change priorities where required.
