About the role Achieve the sales, profit and growth targets for trade for assigned territory (South East Victoria) Develop and improve the customer service proposition to support the brand strategy Implementing specification / sales strategies to achieve both long- and short-term goals Maintain existing customer base and develop a business development plan. Professional delivery of marketing and promotion activity within the segment maximizing revenue Delivering professional product / system presentations to trade customers Supply tender development, presentation and management Develop and foster working relationships with key customers Managing, maintaining and growing a portfolio of key accounts Provide market intelligence / feedback on required new product development and product enhancements Competencies/Skills Required: Successful track record in account management within building materials or architectural landscape Commercial knowledge of the coatings industry Strong commercial acumen High energy and a sense of urgency. Ability to work independently. Excellent communication, presentation & planning skills.
