About the role We are currently seeking a Building Services Engineer for our South West Metro Corridor Upgrade Project. Laing O’Rourke together with John Holland are delivering: Security and Segregation Fencing along the Bankstown Corridor Installing a new combined services route, including all associated civil works Various Civil and enabling works, including retaining walls, ballast retention walls, local drainage and culvert refurbishment The contract includes major railway upgrade work to the existing rail system within the corridor between Sydenham to Bankstown to allow for the introduction of the Sydney Metro system. Key responsibilities Ensuring that the design, construction and maintenance of building services systems meets legislative and health and safety requirements. Manage and assess the work of contractors monthly services & maintenance. Eager to mentor building services graduates through the LORA graduate process. About you Can read Electrical layout & schematic drawings to find best practices for containment devices. Has experiences in testing & commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire & Lift services.
