Our client is a government organisation looking for an Admin Assistant (Mail Services) based in Sydney. This is a 4-6 month contract role paying up to $ 45.55 per hour plus super dollars plus Super. Within this role, you will act as an SME for resolving and escalating issues responsible for the professional delivery of mail and courier management. The Role: Deliver a range of mailroom services including mail delivery and collection. Provide support in the collection of data and production of reports to ensure management and client needs are met. Actively participate and cooperate as part of the mail services team. The Requirements: Strong admin experience with good knowledge of systems (preferably ServiceNow). Delivering, sorting, and directing mail and implementing any improvement around how their mail systems work. They will also need strong customer service skills servicing internal and external stakeholders.
