About the Opportunity We are actively seeking a driven Heavy Vehicle Asset Administrator to join our Supply Chain & Logistics division. As a key member of our team, your duties will involve: Creating and processing Purchase Orders, Work Orders and Service Sheets for our Heavy Vehicle fleet Generating monthly preventative maintenance POs Receipting and maintaining our database/ systems to ensure timely payments and compliance Reporting on outstanding invoices, on hold invoices and discrepancies General office support duties including ordering of supplies and distribution This role is based at our Prestons office and offers flexible working arrangements.
