Responsibilities: Efficiently handle general administrative tasks such as file management, data entry, and office organization. Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive office environment. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up on action items. Demonstrate tenacity in task completion, proactively following up on outstanding matters to ensure timely resolution. Handle basic IT tasks, including ordering equipment and setting up systems to support office operations. Manage travel logistics by booking flights and accommodations for team members as needed. Undertake various administrative tasks to support the overall functioning of the office and contribute to a positive working environment. Requirements Proven IT Savvy skills with the ability to set up program systems; experience with Hubspot is beneficial. Possess simple programming skills for machinery, ensuring efficient and effective operation. Demonstrated ability to work independently and be a self-starter with strong motivation and initiative. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a commitment to working five days per week in the office from 8 am to 5 pm. Trustworthy and reliable, with a commitment to task completion and follow-up. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other common office software. Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and external contacts. Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills to meet evolving office needs.
