Howden Australia received an excellence award as an Employer of Choice for 2020 and 2021 Join our winning team today Howden Australia has an immediate need for a motivated Technical Sales Coordinator person to support our busy Western Australia Sales Team. This role reports to our Sales Manager and the main focus is to help the team in delivering quotations to our customers, within the agreed timeframes, therefore resulting in an increased win rate for the business. What needs to be done? More specifically, your responsibilities will include: Manage Inflow of Enquiries - Timely acknowledgement of customer enquiries - Inputting of customer enquiries into CRM and managing the enquiry through to close. - Storing enquiry documents received in appropriate system folders. - Clarifying customer requirements and timelines as required. - Interpreting drawings and parts lists to identify a scope of work - Managing internal and external suppliers to get accurate pricing and lead times - Directing enquiries for other parts of the Howden Australia business to appropriate persons. Manage Purchase Order Inflow - Timely processing of customer purchase orders - Contact customers to discuss and amend any accuracy issues on their order forms. - Enter spares orders into our ERP system. - Cross check and reconcile purchase order and CRM data and update as required to ensure data accuracy before closing opportunities. - Directing orders for other parts of the Howden Australia business to appropriate persons. Data Management - Ensure data for open tenders in CRM is accurate and up to date. - Ensure data for won projects in CRM matches the customer order details. - Produce/update reports from CRM. - Updating data in other support databases as required. What do you need to bring? It is fundamental that you present professionally and have demonstrated office administration experience, supported by CRM system knowledge. You will have prior experience in generating and producing quality quotations. You have a customer centric attitude and good customer service skills, you'll be confident liaising with our customers to clarify and deliver on their requirements. You actively display initiative and will make decisions independently. You're comfortable working in an autonomous manner, whilst also being an enthusiastic team player, with the desire to help and support the team. You display excellent interpersonal skills, and you are confident communicating at all levels within the business. You have high accuracy, advanced organizational and time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities. You will be comfortable performing repetitive administrations processes and tasks when required. MS Office experience, with intermediate Excel skill set is required.
