The Position… They are currently seeking an experienced MC Driver to join their Hoppers Crossing facility in Melbourne; you will be supporting various teams with a number of tasks. Duties will include but are not limited to: Daily vehicle checks and fitness for duty. Delivery of allocated freight to required locations as per customer time slot. Load/unload trailers. Load restraint as per National Load Restraint Guidelines. Re-fueling and cleanliness of allocated equipment. Promptly report any mechanical faults, delivery issues, or delays. The Ideal Candidate… To be successful in the role, you will possess the following skills and experience: Hold a current Unrestricted MC license (mandatory) Must have at least 2 years MC linehaul experience (mandatory) Reliable and enthusiastic Clear communicator and must be punctual Strong understanding and commitment to safety Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) accreditation would be an advantage Training and induction will be provided Willing to undergo the following requirements: (Full-time employment eligibility criteria) Federal Police Check Full Medical and functional testing Pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing The Benefits… The company is offering a full-time position with above award rates of pay, plus superannuation.
