Our Used Car team is looking for a Used Car Sales Consultant What key tasks await you? Prospect for clients using the Dealership’s database and prospecting system, eDM, telephone, personal calls, owner follow-up and other leads made available by BMW. Make presentations and demonstrations of used cars; close sales using the principles of “Selling the BMW Way”. Awareness of potential clients entering the dealership, ensuring that everyone is spoken to and acknowledged. Maintain a standard of product knowledge which compares to industry best practice. Prepare for and complete “handover” and delivery of sold cars to clients, ensuring all operating controls, accessories, and warranty terms are explained. Conduct customer follow-up post delivery to ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction with their purchase and the sales process. Prepare appraisal documentation and arrange with the Used Car Sales Manager for the appraisal and valuation of used cars offered for trade-in. Qualifications & Experience Education at least to Year 12. Recognised sales training certification. NSW Driving Licence. General motor vehicle, product knowledge. What do we offer?
