About the opportunity: You will support with building business for CSR through researching and developing leads for Projects. You will develop business relationships with Architects, Engineers Developers & Builders to increase interest across the CSR suits of products to help CSR reach its sales targets. You are a quick learner that has the confidence to undertake cold calls, keen for success, proactive & a driven individual who values being a team player. You will have the opportunity to work with Engineering professionals, in a supportive & collaborative environment. This is a great role to be part of exciting projects, gain extensive exposure to the CSR network whilst working with a great range of products. Flexible work arrangements will be that you can work from home a couple days a week (Mon & Fri - following a training period) & be available to work with the team at our Minto site. Some of your duties and responsibilities will include: Identify & qualify Projects that are relevant for single and multiple CSR Brands Contact Project Stakeholders to propose CSR proposition value for their project. Understand all CSR products and their applications, along with staying up to date with new products. Identify Project Roles on Projects and provide intel to Sales team to grow future pipeline Obtain Architectural/Structural plans and Material Schedules Researching projects using different tools. Track the Project through its lifecycle from planning stage to builder awarded stage Read structural and architectural plans to assist the estimating department with project engineering schemes. Understand CSR products to provide technical product and application assistance. Identify opportunities to swap out a competitor's product with a CSR product by assessing the structural plans of a project. Demonstrate the ability to speak with an engineering consultant at a technical level. What will make you an excellent fit? Understanding of the building process & National codes A degree in an engineering discipline preferred Ability to apply engineering principles to practical engineering problems, to use engineering equipment and tools to make, read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Previous experience within a similar role providing excellent service to customers (experience in construction or trade environment is highly regarded) Experience in outbound cold call handling - not essential Experience in reading Architectural and Structural plans Experience in lead generation and nurturing a lead through its cycle - not essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills, calm and respectful under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude Strong attention to details Strong time management skills What's in it for you?
