With the office based on St Kilda Road, it is very accessible by public transport, with a tram stop at the doorstep Office Hours are Monday to Friday on a rotating roster of 8.30am - 8pm. If successful, you would be working within the member services team as the first point of contact while working in a cooperative and exciting environment . Maintaining a positive member experience throughout all interactions Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email channels Working with leadership to provide feedback and champion continuous improvement To be successful in this process, you must pride yourself on having exceptional customer service skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. If you have an understanding and background of health insurance, this is desirable, but not essential.
