Due to the company's rapid growth, they are on the lookout for multiple customer centric consultants to join their support team, starting on the 9th and 15th November THE ROLE: Responding to both phone and email enquiries from their premium customers and retail partners you will act as the heartbeat of the organisation Joining the support team, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling for assistance and advice on their premium products. With calls ranging from general enquiries to those that can be a little more technical you will use your exceptional customer centric approach to have genuine empathetic conversations to resolve issues and provide first call resolution of customer concerns. ABOUT YOU: - Strong background in delivering first-class customer service - A strong ability to build relationships and rapport quickly with a genuine desire to help people - Strong PC skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly - Professional verbal and written communication skills To be successful in this role you must be available to start on either the 9th or 15th November and be available to work 37.5 hours over a 6 day rotating roster. The centre operates Monday - Friday 8am - 7pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm where you will work 1 Saturday every 4 weeks.
