What's the role? Reporting to the Vehicle Sales Team Leader, you'll be working with a diverse range of customers in the delivery of novated car leasing products and services. This is a permanent full-time role with opportunities in NSW,SA and WA. You'll be qualifying and managing new and existing customers from quote to when they finally receive their dream vehicle. Key responsibilities include: You'll nurture and convert incoming leads to finance You'll provide lease quotations, source and dispose of vehicles You'll assist customers with credit applications while maintaining strong customer service throughout the process You'll identify and refer cross sell and upsell opportunities You'll organise and manage a pipeline and meet targets Who are you? You've got some experience in customer service and sales, it's a plus if you've come from a sales/business development background You've got experience working in a phone-based environment You've got a natural affinity to translate complex jargon, and financial details into simple concepts You're a pro at organising and managing competing priorities.
