What You'll Do: As the Retail Media Lead (Melbourne), AU, your role is to identify prospects, connect with senior leaders (senior managers and C-suite execs) within those organisations (and/or their agencies) and create new opportunities to present Criteo's suite of solutions, negotiate contracts and close deals. You will drive the Melbourne area business directly, supported by product and marketing teams. Target clients will largely consist of (but will not be limited to) large retailers in the VIC, SA and WA area Planning and execution of strategies and tactics to consistently hit client sign-up and revenue targets Comfortable in cold-calling, video-calls and face-to-face interactions and able to use and leverage your existing networks and create new ones Build great relationships with all the internal stakeholders that will operate with you: Country Director, marketing, legal, technical, account managers, product specialists and more Establish strong senior relationships with clients through remote and in-person work Who You Are: You are able to open doors and create new opportunities to present Criteo's range of Enterprise solutions, in particular to Retailers, but also to the Brands that they sell and their partners/agencies. You have consultative selling approach and excellent closing skills that you're actively working on developing. You're able to pitch multiple technology products and able to understand client goals. You're able to adapt your pitch to the client using multiple technology products. You are used to running discovery questions and have solid knowledge of Sales models. You can accurately forecast and are able to proactively manage your pipeline. You will be predominantly working with a list of the largest prospects (esp in Melbourne) and responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closure. You keep this all up to date in our CRM tools and in regular internal meetings with your peers and manager. You love achieving and have a track record of high performance of finding new business, signing deals and achieving sales quotas. You can't wait to bring that impactful focus to Criteo You have a strong focus on your business goals, and are able to approach to achieve them, with coaching on sales skills from your Manager, and may receive mentoring from other peers who have more experience in achieving their business goals. You have good analytical skills and you are a data-driven decision maker, able to use data and numbers to formulate and sustain business proposals/plans. You are able to develop account plans and plot your road to the sale with each prospect. You are autonomous and independent in your role yet also a team player Having a solid understanding of the AdTech world is a plus, while a proven track record of working in technology sales, complex and multi-product is a must.
