As the Administration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the patient experience across all IA clinics, ensuring the team provides exceptional customer service to our patients and referrers. What will you be doing? This role will oversee the team of Administration Team Leaders and Medical Imaging Receptionists across our clinics, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the administrative function, provision of bookings, and billing support. You will seek opportunities to improve the delivery of premium service, and coach and develop of our passionate admin workforce. Key Responsibilities Working closely with our Operations Managers, site Chiefs, and Admin Team Leaders, in this hands-on role you will: Drive our patient-first culture, ensuring prompt and satisfactory service to patients and referrers Utilise leadership expertise to manage escalations and resolve complex queries relevant to billing, banking, and Medicare Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to team members, while setting performance expectations and providing regular feedback Identify opportunities to continuously improve the admin function to achieve maximum efficiencies and enhance the patient experience Foster a positive team environment where team members are engaged and motivated To thrive in this role, you will have: Previous experience within a Radiology setting, with a strong understanding of the patient workflow and supporting Medicare billing processes The ability to lead by example, with demonstrated experience training and mentoring a team Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, handle pressure, and meet deadlines Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively resolve complex situations to achieve good outcomes A keen eye and passion for process-driven continuous improvement Tertiary qualifications in Management, Health Administration or equivalent (desirable) As a valued team member, look forward to: Working with an experienced, passionate, and supportive team driven by providing quality and excellence in patient care A tailored onboarding and induction, with a thorough handover to help you succeed in your new role Competitive remuneration with the opportunity to progress your leadership career Work-life balance, based at our Support Office in Box Hill with the opportunity to work remotely 1 day per week Making a positive impact as a key leader in our progressive and growing business If this sounds like your next challenge, send us your Resume and Cover Letter today To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
