Join us as Project Administration Leader for the Process Automation Business Area, where you will be gathering, compiling, and processing data essential to the administration of CRM Jobs and projects. Assisting the project management team and monitoring areas of project performance as assigned. Coordinating of administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office besides supporting the operations team through a variety of tasks related to organization. Reporting to Operations Manager and this position will be based in Australia. Your responsibilities Leading a team of Administrative specialists across the country Assisting Project Manager in identifying specific contract actions and notifications to meet contractual requirements during the execution of the project, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Processing procurement requests, engaging the services of ABB's SCM team for procurement, building long-term relationships with suppliers and ensuring high quality in all deliveries Tracking and analyzing project performance, cost performance, schedule, and report to the management on the changes project scope, project schedule, and project costs Performing TECO / CLOSURE on instruction from Project Manager. Reflecting changes to project costs accurately into SAP and IPM and closing project and update project financial documentation Following ABB processes and initiating continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness Ensuring safe working procedures and practices are followed at all times, attendance at required health, safety and environment training, report injury, incidents, hazards and near miss events. Model safe work behaviors in all aspects of work and actively identify hazards and risk controls Your background Diploma or equivalent in business administration with more than 5 years of experience in large multi-facet projects and service jobs Demonstrated experience in administration of invoicing, job establishment, tracking of costs, inputs (Timesheets, expenses, etc.) SAP knowledge on CRM, SD and ECC modules advantageous Basic knowledge of the Project Management Processes Good communication and collaboration skills More about us Process Industries division delivers: Complete electrification and automation solutions Materials Handling systems Crushing and Grinding solutions Industry-specific products and lifecycle services Engineering and delivering automation solutions from device to monitoring and control Digitalization solutions including collaborative operations and augmented reality help improve plant and enterprise productivity Reduced maintenance and energy costs.
