Job Description We're actively seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. This senior generalist role includes a diverse range of responsibilities: Directly reports to the Infrastructure Manager. Design, build, and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations. Operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking full ownership of infrastructure projects and issues from their inception to completion. Act as 2nd and 3rd level support for infrastructure-related challenges, liaising with relevant internal teams and external vendors where required. Create and update documentation to maintain best practices and knowledge within the team. Collaborate across different teams, ensuring the ability to work well with others for the best outcome. Monitor the stability and availability of installed systems, ensuring potential issues are swiftly addressed. Maintain and develop scripts for the purposes of automation Commit to continuous learning and professional development to ensure our infrastructure solutions align with industry-leading standards. Participate in a compensated on-call roster system.
