The role requires the individual to successfully manage incoming queries from clients and provide an exceptional level of service. Attributes include showing initiative, strong time management and problem solving skills, as well as contribute to a supportive team environment. About the role: Management of the service inbox, including actioning, delegation and escalation Providing query resolution through necessary actions to resolve requests via the service inbox Creating, monitoring and updating cases on a daily basis Ongoing support related to internal process documents and forms for the Service Team Identification of potential savings for customers and internal improvement ideas General administration, including uploading and monitoring of invoices, preparation of billing, carbon and usage reports Ongoing internal, stakeholder and client engagement Accountability for the quality and daily performance of all your tasks, ensuring KPI’s are met About You: Professional qualification or equivalent experience in a similar position Confident in MS Office Suite High level of interpersonal and communication skills Strong initiative and resourcefulness Excellent time management and prioritisation skills Results driven approach Experience providing effective customer service Energy industry experience advantageous but not essential Please submit your application, or alternatively contact Rebecca rebeccaeadvancecareers.com.au to discuss the role further.
