Responsibilities: Liaise with the leadership team to ensure effective and efficient management of inter-department activities In consultation with the CEO develop and implement both short and long-term strategic plans for growth of the Accessories Division Responsible for the financial performance of the Accessories Division Provide effective management of the operations of the Division Develop and maintain customer satisfaction through provision of quality services and effective communication Ensure compliance to all procedures Provide leadership and mentoring to the Division personnel At all times display a professional manner in line with company core values Deliver a safety culture through WHS policy, safety audits and toolbox talks Management of sales activity for the Division Working with warehousing and purchasing for stock levels, pricing and support services Development of strategic marketing and promotional media for distribution Key skills: Professional communication and leadership Extensive engineering knowledge of Hydraulics mobile equipment Calm and levelheaded Strong leadership Commitment to safety Ability to make decisions under pressure Ability to understand and analyse budgets and KPI's Respectful and honesty and trustworthy On Offer: Excellent remuneration package Company car Personal and career growth Bassendean based To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
