We are looking for an ambitious self-starter with a track record of administrative and operational excellence. This role reports into the Head of Growth and Solutions and is based in Sydney. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all aspects of the sales operations and administration process including but not limited to Sales Data Accuracy, Analysis and Reporting along with supporting new business and account management activities, Working closely with resourcing on new project allocations and resource requirements. Assist on Bid management and pre-sales solution documentation Oversee activities related to sales pipeline management, data and reporting, guiding process standardisation, and providing operational support for Simplus's sales team Maintain and provide recommendations for improvement of current workflows and processes Manage activity and track customer and transactional information in Salesforce CRM. Research and analysis around key trends in Simplus' focus industries. Coordinate and manage company resources throughout the sales cycle. Supporting key events and sales initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / REQUIRED Education level, knowledge and work/industry experience: Experience in business analytics or sales operations management in technology based organization Great documentation skills and confidence in assisting in the creation of statements of work quickly and accurately. Ability to review and make recommendations on improvements and ways of working Excellent written and oral communications skills Reporting Assistance in competitive proposals and bids. Professional Skills: Good organizational skills, with high energy, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency required to meet deadlines and work productively in a team environment Exceptional detail orientation with a proven ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative and deadline-driven environment Proven ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment with a high degree of pro-activity. An ability to be creative and think strategically when it comes to understanding client requirements, problem solving and deal management. Behavioral Skills (e.g. negotiation skills, presentation skills) A self starter with strong sense of ownership Highly motivated with ability to lead initiatives Excellent analytical ability, communication skills, solid judgment, and ability to work effectively with business and technical associates; skilled at asking probing questions to get to the real needs and requirements Excellent attention to detail and strong written skills are a must. Good personal energy and a team player that enjoys having fun in a close knit team and delivering client success in professional services engagements.
