Seeking Internal Sales Specialists for a dynamic company which provides an enjoyable and progressive work environment with progression opportunities. We are currently seeking an experienced Internal Sales Specialist for a dynamic company which also provides an enjoyable and progressive work environment. The successful candidate will thrive on building effective relationships and be time efficient whilst utilising their exceptional customer service and solution sales experience. Ideally you will have knowledge or experience within the industrial/ fabrication sectors. Having a technical or trade background would also be considered. This position has become available due to the continued growth and expansion within the organisation. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work and have a passion for sales and customer service as well as being a proactive self-motivator. You will be well presented with strong communication skills and the ability to build long term relationships within a unique market. Key Responsibilities: Client sales calls, both inbound and outbound as well as warm leads being provided Taking incoming sales inquiries and action in a timely manner Account management Assist clients with their queries and provide solutions Provide quotations to customers Maintain regular contact with existing customers and build strong relationships Updating and maintenance of database system Key REquirements: Ideally have previous sales/ customer service experience Sound communication, presentation and time management skills Previous quotation experience desired Integrity, honesty & a passion for service Self-motivation and positive disposition Sound written, verbal and numeracy skills Moderate computer skills with previous Database/CRM experience a benefit Ability to talk to people from the ground floor to senior management This is a fulltime, permanent position, whilst servicing markets throughout Australia and working cooperatively with the relevant Business Development Managers and within a strong Internal Sales team.
