Financial Administrator BGIS is looking for a motivated individual to join our compact team and support the project focused on recovering unbilled revenue while assisting with account-level finance administration. The primary responsibility involves reviewing the client communication portal to identify any potential recoverable revenue. If you possess a strong customer-centric approach, proficiency in managing diverse tasks, and a keen eye for detail, this role could be an excellent fit for you. The Role Employing a versatile and adaptable approach, the Finance Administrator's duties encompass: Provide financial assistance to the Finance Manager with routine tasks. Provide general administration support to our key clients. Assist the Finance Manager in ensuring all reporting requirements are met in a timely manner. Ensure suppliers' invoices are checked and submitted for further processing. Ensure suppliers' accounts are reconciled against our system. Full compliance and consistency with the contract and BGIS business systems. Liaise with the supplier or internal team to resolve invoice detail contract requirements. Experience Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise. Ability to think analytically to solve problems. Strong interpersonal/communication skills. Teamwork, Quality, Customer orientation, Initiative, Flexibility, Judgement & Decision. Passion for using MS Excel for data analysis. A solid understanding of MS Word to produce good quality, well-set-up Word reports. Demonstrated experience in providing written reports and recommendations.
