The CX Designer is at the heart of this, and they play a leading role in designing experiences and journeys that meet the needs and expectations of customers and employees alike - no matter the context or channel. In This Exciting Opportunity You Will Be Responsible For… Developing and driving human-centred design and innovation practices across Council. Designing and delivering CX initiatives in the development and implementation of Council's new Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) Support the delivery and implementation of the CX Actions and Customer Charter, while leveraging customer feedback Oversee the CX actions across Council and support staff and customers Provide advice and assistance in the implementation of CX centred programs and initiatives. Essential Qualifications & Experience Include… Bachelors degree in a related field CX Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of customer experience ideologies, and best practices within a local government context. Project Leadership: Successfully led CX initiatives and projects with cross functional teams to drive customer-centric culture, including strategy development and implementation. Data Analysis: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance CXs. All candidates will be required to undertake background and probity checks including an Interview, Reference Checks, Psychometric Assessment and a Criminal Record Check.
