Role purpose Our Designers at Re are a foundational role within our business. Passionate about your craft, you have a genuine desire to share your perspective and learn from others. You are driven to find exciting and meaningful ways to solve problems through design. A snapshot of what you'll do Support the development of design systems from conceptualisation through to ongoing consultation, and deliver project-based brand work at Re. Develop an informed point of view on the broader practice of branding, including how strategic elements inform creative development. Push Re’s creative output by proactively growing your capabilities, and exploring how diverse creative techniques and platforms may enhance our work. Continually fine tune Re’s process by embracing new technologies and ways of working to enhance inter-team collaboration, and meet the needs of different projects. Effectively communicate with your creative team and leadership to ensure work is reviewed before it is shared. Maintain and further develop a strong interest in creative culture and community across multiple disciplines. Experience in Keynote and Microsoft Office.
