As a Senior Developer you will play a pivotal role in our Salesforce initiatives, providing technical expertise, and guiding the development of innovative solutions. What Does an Average Day Look Like? In this dynamic business, there is no 'average' day at humm To try and summarise though, you will be: Translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform. Play critical role in the technical design & development of technical solution documentation aligned with the business strategy. Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions, including design trade-offs and design decisions. Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices. Collaborate and engage with business stakeholders on how best to set up business processes and technical solutions to achieve their goals. Implementation of solutions in Salesforce and associated packages/products (e.g. Q2) Provide technical support for new projects, enhancements, and bug fixes related to solutions being delivered on the Salesforce & Q2 platform. Ensure all code is peer-reviewed against development standards prior to deployment. Be a Senior member of our Salesforce development projects from inception to implementation, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.
