Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will have experience in a high-end bar and/or restaurant environment and genuine interest for hospitality. The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a vibrant, high-volume venue Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations Adaptable and able to multi-task Time management skills Attention to detail Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts About Yakimono: A creative tribute to the corruptible side of Japanese cuisine, Yakimono is an exuberant inner-urban Japanese eating house in the heart of the CBD.
