We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join our team in Bibra Lake. This role will be pivotal in providing support to our Operations Manager, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and promptly. Key Responsibilities: Mobilisation: Handling site access forms, coordinating flights, and assisting with onboarding processes. Itineraries: Preparing and managing travel itineraries. Invoicing: Utilizing MYOB for invoicing tasks (prior experience not mandatory). Quick Learner: Demonstrating an aptitude for fast-paced learning and continuous improvement. Adaptability: Capable of thriving in a high-pressure environment with a positive attitude. Flexibility: Willingness to work after hours and occasionally on weekends as the role demands. Time Management: Effective prioritization of tasks and the ability to take clear instruction. Email management – action tasks or passing on to the relevant department. Key Details: Monday to Friday occasional Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. Please note that the nature of our work requires occasional after-hours commitments due to the pace of mobilization and increased workload. Pay rate starting from $40.00 p/h – Moving to a salary from 65k – 75k pending experience.
