Your key responsibilities include: - Sales order administration - Process purchase orders and stock requests - Manage backorders and open orders - Loan kit management - Manage case bookings - Process shipment and return orders - Reconcile kit inventory - Phone and Email Query Resolution - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Answer customer telephone enquiries, orders, service needs and complaints, respond where appropriate or direct to relevant area. - Log customer feedback - Customer Master management - Create and maintain customer accounts - Extend patient and physician accounts through collaborations with the PDT team - Working with 3PL teams for the completion of product shipment and returns - Quality Management System Compliance - Supporting month-end activities - Participating and supporting system implementations and other related projects as required To set you apart from other candidates you will be able to demonstrate: - Customer service experience, preferably within a sales environment - Experience using ERP and CRM systems, ideally SAP is advantageous - Prior healthcare industry experience a plus - Strong communication skills, both via phone and written, are essential - Ability to prioritise and manage time well - Able to stay calm and work efficiently in a quick moving environment - Ability to logically address and resolve problems on hand - High attention to detail - Proficient MS Office skills in Outlook, Word and Excel Due to the inherent requirements of the role, the preferred candidate must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination before commencement and maintain their vaccination status.
