About the role Customer Service Representatives play a crucial role in National 360 by addressing customer inquiries and referrals related to injury, disability, or rehabilitation. As the initial point of contact for both clients and therapists, this position is an essential component of our esteemed National Customer Service Team, contributing to our exceptional reputation in the market. Based in our Leederville office, this role reports to the WA State Manager/Team Leader, fostering regular communication and information sharing to ensure a balanced workload across the team. Key responsibilities include: Deliver a high standard of communication internally and externally in-line with client and business expectations. Provide billing support to National 360 therapists. Oversee service agreement/consent forms being signed and effectively managed. Process and follow-up funding requests and onboarding of new clients on time. Assist in managing and reallocate work in instances of staff absence and planned leave. Provide scheduling support to therapists to support calendar management. Respond to customer queries over the phone and email. Manage office resources, orders, and general safety checklists. About You We like to keep an open mind when it comes to bringing customer service representatives on board With that being said, there are a few requirements for our customer service representatives, which are: 1 Years experience working in a administrative capacity and call-centre environment within a healthcare industry or similar.
