The Role You'll be someone who thrives on large scale operations; experience working in a high-volume quality cocktail bar is essential. Whiskey knowledge is a bonus. You'll not only be responsible for the day-to-day running of the bar, but also back of house duties; stocktaking, rostering, ordering, training and development, masterclasses etc. This business prides itself on looking after their staff, so employee engagement and staff retention is rewarded. The Required Experience Ideally, you'll have experience as a bar manager, with high level spirit knowledge and strong cocktail knowledge. The right candidate will have strength in personality, confident running a large bar, organised, plus a dynamic presence that can deal with all situations. The Rewards As an indication, you will be looking at a salary up to $100,000 dependent on experience plus tips and would generally be looking at a 45 hour week with Sunday's and Monday's off.
