This is an initial contract opportunity, with the view to exnted long term. is currently looking for a Receptionist to join their Sydney office team. In this role you will support the business across a number of key areas including operational excellence, technical management, finance management, facility support and more. Role & Responsibilities: General Reception duties including: Phones: voicemail will need to be checked throughout the day. Transfer calls accordingly Attend to client arrivals that come through to Reception first. Refill kitchen supplies on a Monday and only when seen running low 3-4 different couriers come in, starting from 9-3pm. Upon receiving, an email is sent to those that the package/mail is for. The same is done with the general office mail. Clean both levels coffee machine on a daily basis Facility Support including: Return to Work – Help Facility Manager and prepare the office for employees return, apply the Healthier/Safer Workplace program Courier Service – Help with couriers booking, update the tracking sheet on a daily basis Office Supplies – Collect the request, prepare the order and submit to Facility manager for review and approval Kitchen Supplies – Check stock and supplies on both floors every week, prepare the order and submit to Facility manager for review and approval Maintenance – submit the request to Facility manager and help to call in the service man Other Dept.
