In 2023 we are introducing a new, contemporary model for Allied Health in General Medicine to redefine care for our patients and the experience of our highly regarded team across 7 days. A significant growth in dedicated staffing will support service enhancement and deliver a career structure to develop specialist clinical, research, education and leadership skills for Allied Health working in General Medicine. We are looking for new Allied Health professionals to join our highly experienced and skilled team in delivering this new 7-day Allied Health service. We need dynamic Senior Clinicians, passionate clinician-researchers, junior staff who want to develop in an inspiring environment and clinicians who want to make a difference in our General Medicine Units every day. About you: Strong ability to develop relationships with relevant team members from allied health, nursing, and medical teams. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and evolving environment whilst providing patient-centred care. Effective time management and organisational skills. You have acute hospital experience with a collaborative working style. You are looking to demonstrate your advanced Social Work skills and work with world leaders in care, learning and research. You have recognised experience and knowledge in the field of general medicine and ability to apply policies and processes to meet challenges.
