You'll be based in their bright, modern office in Olympic Park. This role is initially starting on a temporary basis but has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. About the Role: As a Sales Administrator, you will manage end-to-end machine orders, deliveries, and invoicing. You'll liaise with customers, coordinate pre-deliveries, and handle general office administrative tasks. Your role is vital to the success of our Sales and Service teams, ensuring seamless operations. You'll also ensure the smooth operation of Sales, Service, and general office functions. You'll report to the General Manager and collaborate closely with the Sales and Services & Solutions Operations teams based in Sydney, office interstate, and overseas. Duties: Coordinate machine orders, deliveries, and invoicing Liaise with customers on orders, deliveries, and payments Manage pre-deliveries in collaboration with service and sales teams Coordinate machinery and equipment transport Provide day-to-day support to the Sales and Service teams Assist with rental administration, including contracts and invoicing Handle general office administrative tasks Skills & Experience: Excellent customer service and administrative skills Understanding of inventory sales and management systems desirable Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Attention to detail and strong time management skills Empathetic, team-oriented, and eager to develop others Initiative and a growth mindset A great personality is a must Culture: Our client fosters a supportive and collaborative team environment, focusing on employee well-being and offering training and career development opportunities.
