Launch is working with one of the NSW Govt Departments who are looking for and Administration Assistant to work in their About the role In this role you will be a seasoned Administrative Officer with experience working in a Payments Team. The team is responsible for providing a high quality, client focused service. 9-month contract, with high possibility of extension. This role is paying up to $45.56 super per hour The role is working 5 days per week (35 hours per week). There will be an opportunity to transition to a hybrid WFH model once a period of training is completed. Key Responsibilities Supporting employees entitlements in workers compensation. Ensure that all invoices and reconciliations of payments received are completed in timely manner. Providing strong customer service and entering the relevant data in Excel. Skills / Experience Required: At least 3 years’ experience working in an administrative position for reconciliation. Strong experience using Excel spreadsheets. Experience in providing high level of customer support for internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team and work with stakeholders at all levels (both internal and external). Ability to work autonomously. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships. Proven ability to manage competing priorities with tight timeframes.
