Join us and be a part of DSV’s global family. DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Administrative Assistant, National Implemenattion in Mascot, Sydney. As an Administrative Assistant, you will support in co-ordinating the implementation of Local, Regional, and Global Accounts, supporting key stakeholders during implementation process and post go live date, ensuring DSV’s customers’ needs, and expectations are met. This role will act as a facilitator for the review of existing accounts and operational process to identify and recommend opportunities for improvement and business optimisation. This position reports into Team Lead, National Implementation. Your typical day at DSV: • Initiate and coordinate the implementation for assigned accounts through the test phase (trial shipments), go live production, up to the point where all parties are satisfied that the operations are running smoothly • Liaise with the DSV Commercial Team to confirm expectations, timelines and ownership based on the needs assessment and what was agreed upon (sold) • Follow implementation process based on the awarded contract details • Guarantee the establishment of SOP’s, ensure that DSV’s offices/agents understand the account’s requirements/expectations and follow-up with appropriate corrective action when needed • Assist with preparation of Internal Operating and Standard Operating Procedures • Identify and support the development of metrics/measurement tools (reports) according to the customer’s requirements and DSV’s capabilities to measure service level performance • Manage implementation projects based on the DSV Business Implementation methodology for assigned accounts • Provide support and assistance with set up of reports for clients • Create new accounts when required, set up customer profile (organisation) in CW1 • Follow up on trial shipments and provide feedback About You: • In depth functional knowledge and experience in Air & Ocean Freight Forwarding, Customer Service and Commercial Business • Experience using CargoWise One • Good operational know-how (customer service, document processing exports & imports, customs clearance, and procurement) • Strong decision-making capabilities and high accountability • Great time management skills • Good communication skills – both verbal and written • Good organisational and multitasking skills Why DSV?
