This is a diverse role, supporting an upmarket, boutique office within a beautiful area of inner north Brisbane. Joining a modern brand focused on upmarket and acreage properties, this business is looking for an experienced real estate professional to oversee critical business administration for both residential sales and property management. As the Team Administrator, your duties will include: Application processing Assisting with invoicing, receipting and mid/end of month disbursements Diary management Marketing campaigns Managing general tenant, landlord, vendor and buyer enquiries Sales & Contracts Administration management General ad-hoc office administration duties Coordinate photographers and social media Requirements Hold (or be within the process of completing) a QLD Real Estate Certificate Own car Available Full-Time, Monday to Friday Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service skills Comfortable working within a team or autonomously Strong social skills A passion for building a career within Real Estate Some AP/AR and trust accounting experienced (preferred but not essential) Benefits Quality focused within an upmarket area.
