They are currently seeking a Business Admin Trainee to join their growing team. About the role This job entails being fully responsible for the scheduling and monitoring of work issued to our field technicians, to ensure client delivery standards are met in line with contract terms, as well as handling customer service queries. The three main job requirements are: Job Scheduling for effective use of technician time External & Internal Customer Service Delivery Job Preparation Among other things, you will be responsible for: Technician Revenue targets Technician Utilization Client relationships and site information Planning to ensure technicians have required stock/equipment for upcoming jobs Maintain and Issue Maps for site instructions Maintain office-based information registers Answering incoming calls incl office based sales General office admin tasks as required About you As well as your experience and demonstrated skills, they are also looking for the below “Core Competencies.” Organization and Planning: Plans, organizes, schedules and budgets in an efficient, productive manner.
