We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a hard-working, dynamic and passionate HR graduate to join the Human Resources team as a HR Administrator (Trainee) . Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this opportunity will expose you to a fast-paced and dynamic environment to build the foundations of your HR career. This role will be responsible for the provision of quality generalist HR administrative support, support the business with HR advice and cover a broad range of generalist HR administration. This role will be on a 2 year maximum term contract however in return for your hard work and dedication you will have the opportunity to build relationships with fascinating people from a variety of backgrounds and receive on the job training and development to help further your career. What awaits you? You will be responsible for weekly payroll for BMW Sydney. You will assist in accurately completing all new starter on boarding paperwork, maintain the database and filing systems up to date. You will drive the coordination and travel booking for all scheduled training as required. You will manage all new starters online compliance training and audit training compliance requirements, including Health and Safety training compliance. You will assist with recruitment processes as required. Qualifications & Experience HR tertiary qualifications or experience in administration Strong interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to work in a close team environment across all levels of the business Highly organised and able to work autonomously and use initiative when required Demonstrated willingness to adapt to different situations and tasks on a day to day basis What do we offer?
