About this role We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Service Station Administrator to join our vibrant and enthusiastic Service Station team based in Melbourne. As a SS Administrator you will ensure the ongoing commitment of staff services, office facilities and tenancy security, along with ensuring the general upkeep of all office areas. This role also includes assisting with a variety of administrative tasks to support Arup Melbourne Staff members. With access to a global community of Administrators you will collaborate with and learn from other minds. What will I do? Open and close The Service Station (SS), ensuring it is always staffed and providing internal facing customer service to high standard. Liaise with building management & security regarding key/swipe programming, issues, collections and drop off, including out of hours. Working with both internal and external projects, organizing space within tenancy, coordinating completion of confidentiality agreements for individuals, project specific passes are issued. Receiving, sorting and distribution of mail to lockers and parcels into parcel hold as well as managing Gantner Software in relation to internal locker system Checking, stocking & ordering the various hygiene supplies across the office, ensuring compliant with DHHS & WELL standards Organising, stock take and ordering of all Melbourne office supplies including but not limited to: Stationary, canteen, milk and fruit, print room, mailroom, and PPE; What will I bring? 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role. Previous reception and events or hospitality experience preferred. Ability to communicate with people at all levels in both technical and non-technical environments. Intermediate MS Office skills. Ability to remain positively motivated and foster team spirit at times of significant pressure, including assisting others to meet deadlines.
