Description The Investment Administrator will be responsible for but not limited to: Reconciliations asset transfers, of all trades, positions, cash, dividends, orders and stock transfers (Daily) Heavy administrative process with documentations Adjustment of cost bases, applying tax components to dividends, distributions, processing rebates and off market trades Assist with year end tax project Liaise with investors/customers Answer queries as they come up Administration of corporate action documents Equity transfers and liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues as they arise.
