Collar Group is seeking an Operations Support Administrator to join a leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of RC drilling equipment, RC sampling systems and drilling consumables company on a temporary basis with the view to go permanent. Temp to Permanent position Located in Canning Vale $40 – $45 per hour superannuation About the role: Manage the planning and scheduling of all aspects of the operations (Manufacture, Purchasing, Inventory and Dispatch) to support achieving the customer promise in line with budgeted business requirements Enter and update routings for new products and work orders Prepare job packets for production ensuring all documentation is printed and correct Populate schedule with work orders Monitor overdue work order report and update twice a week Close and analyse work Order information Cancel work orders Update routing times on completion of work orders Aid the accounts department in investigating and rectifying times which have not been entered by employees Scan completed work orders Assist with document writing and document control Assist operational team with ISO internal and external audits Assist with OHS administrative tasks Assist with the Operations Team as and when required Be a backup for the Purchasing Officer role as and when required Experience required: 2 years of experience as an operations administrator or in a similar position Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask If this sounds like the role for you, please click apply
