You will perform all the essential tasks that keep a successful firm running, as well as training in areas specific to an accounting practice. Excellent on-the-job training will be provided so you can excel in these responsibilities. Part of your role will assist the managing partner with client meetings and organisation. As well as this, you will be responsible for: Assisting the managing partner by helping to co-ordinate meetings and follow-up actions Helping in co-ordinating between their superannuation consultants, their team and the superannuation auditors of their clients Calling the ATO to resolve administration and client issues Updating client details at ASIC Helping the team to keep their internal databases up-to-date and accurate Being back up for the junior administration assistant, which may involve answering phones, greeting clients, ordering stock for the office and resetting meeting rooms Responding to team requirements as and when needs arise Your Profile: Professionally presented Excellent written and verbal skills An eagerness to learn and develop A can-do attitude with no task being too big or too small Comfortable using computers and learning software At least six months of public accounting firm experience A visa with full working rights required Why join this Company?
