Seize the opportunity to work with one of Queensland's leading Civil Contracting Companies on a $30 million industrial sub division where you will be supported by Senior Leaders and experienced team members. You will play an integral part in the team, working closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and other site personnel to deliver projects to agreed outcomes. key responsibilities will be: Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources Cost management and reporting Delivering Progress reports to the Construction Manager Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors and adhering to compliance requirements Mentorship of Site Engineers and Graduates About you Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Minimum 3 years’ experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded Demonstrated experience leading a team Strong problem solving skills Ability to establish strong working relationships Why work with Shadforth?
