Realise your potential at yourtown . your opportunity Based at Elizabeth and working with the Northern Adelaide Children and Families team, this role has responsibility for providing quality reception and administrative services to support the manager and site. You will provide a welcoming first point of contact on site to support clients seeking assistance and undertake a diverse range of administrative duties for the manager and team. Your role will include: • Greet and welcome all visitors to site • Assist in the preparation of documents using a variety of software packages • Calendar and meeting coordination and management • Manage and maintain a centralised electronic filing system • Create and manage agenda and minutes of meetings • Provide support for special events planning as required This is a permanent part time position (22.8 hours per week). As it is a job share position, we require someone who is available to work Wednesday – Friday each week. what we are looking for You will have a strong customer service focus, with demonstrated ability to respond appropriately when dealing with difficult or challenging situations. You should have a genuine interest in working with people and an understanding of the diverse range of issues affecting children, families and young people. You will bring: • passion, commitment and belief in young people and families • certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience; and a minimum of 2 years administration or customer service experience • excellent attention to detail • well developed written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to be discrete and confidential • strong technology skills, including good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel • pleasant, helpful and understanding phone manner and attitude • a driver's licence is essential your benefits When you join yourtown you will be welcomed into a safe, inclusive, and diverse community and an established and reputable national organisation.
