The Opportunity HCA’s Mackay Branch has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us in the position of Service Administrator. Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include: Manage New Starter inductions, Site Entry Process Process purchase orders, invoices, organise and schedule training Payroll support - collating timesheets and leave Compile information required for internal & external audits Production order preparation and timely closure for all service invoicing Assist in other general Service administration tasks Maintenance of local databases to track WIP To be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferable Experience or exposure to maintaining fleet vehicles and/or Payroll experience, advantageous.
