About the role This position is situated within the Karratha office of MacKillop’s WA/NT Services Division. The Administration Officer, Pilbara will provide timely and efficient administrative support in relation to program and support services processes, including overseeing the reception area. The Administration Officer, Pilbara is a member of the WA Services Unit and reports to the Manager, Pilbara & NT. The Administration Officer role at MacKillop is classified at SCHCADS Level 2-3 ($65,635 - $76,272) - dependent on qualifications & experience. This is a Part-time position working 19 hours per week, can be worked over 3-5 days or school hours if required opportunity based in Karratha WA within our Western Australia (WA) / Northern Territory (NT) Services Program. The position reports to the Manager. Key Selection Criteria: To be successful in this role, you will have: A knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values and an awareness of the current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people and their families Demonstrated high-level administrative experience. High skills levels around the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), as well as Outlook and Skype The ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary, professional team.
