Based at our Penrice site , this Part time permanent opportunity will see you providing administration support, including general administration, accounts, payroll, inventory control and reception. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administration professional to expand their skills and branch into the construction materials industry. Responsibilities Data entry, collation and reconciliation Payroll administration Process customer invoicing Assist with raising and receipting of purchase orders Resolve internal and external customer queries General office duties including filing, banking and mail distribution What you will need to succeed Ability to interact in a friendly and professional manner at all times Excellent time management and organisational skills to work in a busy environment Problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel software, SAP experience beneficial A strong commitment to customer service Effective communication skills with external and internal stakeholders Our business Southern Quarries is a market leader in the supply of premixed concrete, aggregates, road base, sands, specialty products and agricultural lime to the South Australian building, construction and infrastructure industries.
